Terms & Conditions
Cecere's Community services & Home Maintenance is a family-owned business.
Our aim is to ensure above-satisfactory cleaning, yard maintenance and support work.
We allow a flexible schedule to fit in with your day-to-day lifestyle.
Our team has over 7 intensive years of experience within this sector.
We enjoy being able to support and offer assistance to our Gippsland/Latrobe Valley region.
The team at CCS have an increasing passion to service our community.
CLEANING SERVICES/YARD MAINTENANCE
• The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed between you and the company at the time of booking.
• All cleaning products and equipment required to service your property are provided by the company.
• If, at any time prior to, or during your service, our team member/s feels there is a safety issue, they can terminate the service at their discretion.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
• The customer will provide a safe working environment for CCS to perform the service.
• The customer will leave access unobstructed to those areas of the property requiring the service.
• The customer will provide the company access to all service utilities, including hot and cold water, electricity and rubbish bins, as required to complete the service.
• Prior to the commencement of the service the customer will inform CCS of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers the customer is aware of.
• The customer will not be affected by substances while a CCS employee is on the premises.
• No abusive or violent behaviour will be tolerated.
PAYMENT TERMS
• The customer agrees to pay at completion of service, unless organised with admin.
• Payments can be made via cash or direct deposit into supplied account details provided
on invoice. Invoicing is sent out after the service is completed with a 7 day turnaround time, if more time is required please reach out so we can accomodate.
LATE PAYMENT FEE
• Any invoice not paid within 60 days of the due date will incur a late payment fee of up to 15% of the outstanding amount.
In the event that an account remains unpaid and is referred for debt recovery (E-Collect) or legal action, the customer agrees to pay all costs incurred in recovering the debt, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, court costs, and administrative expenses.
GST
• Tax Invoices are available for all services carried out by Ccs&HomeMaintenance – GST amount can be located next to “Sales Tax” on the invoice. • Please note 10% of Good and Service tax will be added onto your final price.
QUOTATIONS
• The company prides itself on accurate quotes. Whilst our online quote system will give you an estimate, we will always confirm the exact price of the clean or maintenance before commencing the service on the day.
• If a service is requested outside of the original quote (e.g., addition of an oven or window clean) you will be informed of any extra cost before work commences, quote will be adjusted, and new copy will be sent.
CHANGES TO DAYS OR TIME OF SERVICE
• Any changes to the service originally agreed to between the company and the customer must be advised, and the price agreed on, prior to the service commencing.
• If time allows, the company may agree to provide any additional services on that same day. Otherwise, a day and time that suits both can be agreed on. For the best outcome, please try and call 48 hours prior to your service commencing to make sure all your needs can be met.
SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS
• NDIS CLIENTS- Where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), they can claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the terms of the service agreement with the participant.
• PRIVATE CLIENTS- a 50% cancellation fee MAY occur if the client cancels 24 hours before the appointment.
YOUR DETAILS/PERSONAL INFORMATION
• The company agrees not to share any information provided by the customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the service (unless required to do so by law).
NO LOCKED-IN CONTRACTS
• Our team at CCS are only as good as our last service and grow with every service completed. The customer is not locked into any contracts with regards to regular cleaning and/or maintenance services.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
• Any service that is charged by the hour, if additional time is needed or services take longer than expected, admin will add these charges and invoice you directly to your personal or provided email. (You will be made aware before additional time is completed.)
TRAVEL-NDIS
• For a vehicle owned by the provider or the employee - up to $0.97 a kilometre may be applied to your invoice.
• Provider travel - non-labour costs - The provider can also seek reimbursement for this cost from the participant’s plan under the Service Agreement. 01_799_0120_1_1.
CARPET CLEANING SERVICES
• If your carpets are soiled with dirt, additional charges will be added or another service will be required at your own cost.
Additional Information
You do not need to be present for the service, if you have given clear instructions on how the cleaner/maintenance team enters, the information will be placed within the employees scheduled notes for your home.
Each client is welcome to leave a note for your dedicated cleaner if you have tasks outside of their normal routine you would like for them to complete if time permits.

Each client will gain a notification via text and/or email 48 hours prior to their appointment, please respond with a Y or N to confirm or cancel.

• Each of our services provided, have their own Legal Liability, Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Combined Insurance.
